The Psalms have been in constant use in worship for nearly 3,000 years.
Why are they so enduring? The Lent Course will explore their origins, use and meaning through recitation, discussion and examples of how they have been set to music over the centuries. The course is in church on Wednesday evenings 13th March, 27th March and 3rd April starting at 7.30pm and finishing at 9.00pm. Each week we will focus on the psalm set in the Church’s Lectionary for that week.
